Quite dramatic really, the main issue I have with it though is that I think you may have over burned in the bottom and top of the image with the building, watch when doing this within the building itself as well, as you can easily overdo it and degrade the textures in the image and I think a lil of that has happened here. I think a graduated ND style in PS would have worked better.
Other than that though and honestly it really catches my attention, I find myself having to keep looking at it
