So I was shooting in Kammena trying to find nice spots while the sky was turning into dark and "notifying" me that an upcoming storm would emerge.
The Cokin filters made my day...the magenta cast was notorious and lots of shots where being deleted since the cast was so strong I would need propably a few hours to repair it (thanks god new filters are on the way).
So after removing my filter and arranging stuff in my bag, i turned back to the view (that on the picture) only to find out that a storm was on the "doorstep" lightnings and strong winds where blowing in the area, and apparently on the far end of Kammena (towards) Lamia it was rainining already.
I had my lens bare without any filters (appart from my polarizer) it was a bit dark (due to time and weather) so i said to myself oh well why don't I try to shoot some lightnings and maybe the storm itself..A hard task when you consider that my shutter speed was already reading "Lo"...30 secs and try to catch what you can without a remote control (Nikon D50...for some wierd and bad reason does not have a release cable...only an IR remote control which needs to be pointing in the front! )
